We had an absolutely gorgeous March in Fairbanks this year. We spent tons of time outside and enjoyed every minute of it. I was lucky to have an old friend come back to town for a visit. We had some nice meals, chats, and visited the ice park. The international Ice Art championships happen in Fairbanks every year. They make the event fun for kids with ice slides and other kid friendly ice sculptures and mazes. Our boys had a blast last year, but this year they both got hurt on different slides 10 seconds in to the tour and were nervous to play too much after that. Ice is hard!!!
