July Activities

We had some good weather in July and had some fun times. The garden slowly got going and the boys came to Tok to help out on a work project. We had fourth of July with some friends at Moon Lake near Tok. The boys had a great time boating and swimming and we went to a great Independence Day celebration in town. The boys spent a few days at the site and then went to visit some friends in Glenallen.

Little plants are starting to settle in to the new beds.

Moon Lake weekend festivities.

Will and Bridger check out the view from the archaeology site.

4th festivities in Tok. Lots of fun games for kids including giant checkers,

and giant Jenga!

Good luck getting money from the greased pole Jack!

We changed campsites after the weekend and the boys found a new fun spot for swimming, in the river! Water levels were perfect for river baths and jumping from the cutbank!

The boys getting in on excavations.

Visit in Glenallen. Jack loves the chickens.

Julie getting in on the work!

Back at home will found the perfect size mini fridge for all of the cokes he needs in his bedroom.

The boys also did some work on the treehouse. They made a bench for inside...

and did some painting.

Meanwhile... I turned 29 again.

The boys threw me a gigantic party. It poured rain but we managed to get everyone in.
