Last week the little boys and I went on a camping trip with our friends Ann, Jessie, Elsa, and Kaya from Gakona. The cabin we went to was on a pond near Delta Junction, which was half way between our two houses. We had terrific weather (a little windy, but that kept the bugs down) and tons of fun! The kids loved playing in the water, hunting for blueberries, and poking sticks in the fire. We only had one mishap, the dogs ate our hamburgers the first night, but we had too much food anyway and roasted hot dogs instead.
