To Arco and Beyond!

We returned to Italy from Greece for a few last days in the sun. Our first stop was the amazing little town of Arco. It was a family friendly town with biking, pizza, ice cream, and climbing. What fun! We want to go back there next time!
This kid finally fell asleep as we landed.

Nearing Arco. Mountains and castles and a lake!

Jeff and Jack found bikes and took off for a bike ride.

Jack's big ride with dad.

The little ones were having fun while Jack and dad were away!

Checking out the stores but Katerina wants to go for a bike ride too!

View during mom's run. Amazing!

Heading into town.

The biggest backpack we have ever seen in our lives!

Time to go to the Via Ferrata. Will gets his gear together.

Ready to climb!

Up we go!

I'm a climber!

Yikes! Don't look down!  Will and I had to bail shortly after this. The overhangs were too tall for our little guy.

Jack and dad soldiered on over scary bridges.

And made it to the castle at the top where Katerina was waiting!

Cheers! Good day! French fries, nuggets, and pizza, all combined!

Back to Alla Cassetta for our final day before heading home.

We played on a gravel bar.

Bought a wheel of Piave.

And settled down for pizza by the fire.

Good bye fireflies! See you again!
